Using Geo Guard Pro comes with responsibilities to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for everyone.
Simple, transparent pricing - no lock-in contracts, no hidden fees.
Clear ownership - your data belongs to you, the software belongs to us.
All shift records, location logs, and reports belong to your company. We do not claim ownership of your operational data.
The Geo Guard Pro application, code, and design are our intellectual property. All rights reserved.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription.
Upon cancellation, you may export all your data. After 30 days, we will delete your data permanently.
You may not use Geo Guard Pro to engage in any of the following:
We aim for 99.9% uptime. If uptime falls below 99.5% in a calendar month (excluding planned maintenance), you may request a service credit of 10% of your monthly fee.
Exclusions: Downtime caused by your internet provider, mobile carrier, natural disasters, or third-party APIs is not covered under this commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the following limitations apply.
Geo Guard Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from delayed panic button response - emergency services are ultimately responsible.
You agree to indemnify and hold Geo Guard Pro harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
